Items purchased online are eligible for return within 14 days of the order date.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. This includes Archive pieces and all items under $100 from our current sale.

Process US & CA Returns
To start a return, you’ll need your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, and your email address.



All online purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item, unless otherwise noted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. Archive pieces are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

There is a $9 flat rate fee for returns that are refunded to cover shipping costs. This total will be deducted from your refund total. 

We are committed to making sustainable pieces that last. If your product becomes damaged throughout its lifetime (faulty zipper, missing buttons, loosening waist), please contact us and we will work with you to have it repaired.

If you decide to return or exchange your item/s purchased from Meg online to your local store please note you will be given store credit or an exchange will be honored. Tailoring is offered at any location.

Return shipping fees for international orders must be paid for by the customer and will be subtracted from the total refund. 

We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, minus the cost of international return shipping. Some orders may experience customs delays.

Transit times are provided by DHL and UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled immediately.

Size/Color Exchanges - Free Return Label 

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the a size up or down? Decided that black is your preferred color instead of navy? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your incorrect size or color is on us!

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size or color will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original order is scanned as ‘in transit’ through UPS or USPS. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.

Online Credit - Free Return Label

Want to make another Meg purchase in the future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now? Online credits never expire and just like an exchange, we will cover the cost of your return.

When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back and your store credit will be issued once your return is processed at our New York location. 

Refund - $9 Flat Rate Shipping Fee 

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return has been processed by us at our New York location. It’s a flat rate of $9 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

If you’ve paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.



We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC via UPS & USPS. We ship to all Canadian provinces via USPS, DHL, & Canada Post.

Your Options:

  • Free Ground Shipping: Orders of $250 or more in the US and Canada.
  • Ground Shipping:  $9.00
  • 2-Day Shipping:  $25.00 in the US, $50 in Canada.

We offer international shipping through DHL and UPS. Shipping rates will appear at checkout and are based on location and weight. International orders may attract taxes and duties payable on delivery, these fees are the customer's responsibility.

All shipping fees from international returns will be subtracted from your refund.


Simply select Store Pickup at checkout. Same day pick up availability is not guaranteed.

Please note we are a small independent brand and as such, it may take up to 5 business days to process and ship out your order. We aim to get your order out as soon as possible. 

We aim to ensure that the products shown online are currently in stock. If we do not have the product or the size ordered available, we will reach out to you and refund your payment promptly.


How do I start a return or an exchange?

Visit and use your order number and shipping zip code to begin the returns process. From there, you can select which items you’d like to return or exchange (unelligible items will be greyed out) and print your shipping label. 

If you choose to exchange, you are able to try a new color, style, size when selecting which items you’re sending back. This is based on available inventory.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

To start your gift return or exchange, go to and click the "Returning a gift?" link underneath the zip code entry box. 

How do I return or exchange a pre-order?

If you have placed an order for a pre-order, your 14 day return window will begin on the day your pre-order item ships. Please contact us directly for returns or exchanges on these pieces.

Can I return an online order in-store?

Yes! Online orders returned in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit. Tailoring and alterations are available for items purchased online. Meg locations can be found here.

Can I return or exchange a final sale item?

Items that are marked final sale, such as Archive pieces and $99 Sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long does a return or exchange take?

From beginning to end, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you. 

Our Returns Team is located in New York, so return travel may take up to 5 business days + 3-4 days for processing. Once we have your items processed, we'll send the refund or gift card your way. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as your return has been shipped back to us.


All in-store purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unwashed clothing only. No returns or exchanges can be made on sale items or tailored clothing.
