How do your sizes run?
Our women’s clothing generally runs true to size, with an intentionally relaxed, wearable fit. Each piece is designed for comfort, movement, and longevity rather than trend-tight proportions. 

What size should I choose if I’m between sizes?
If you prefer a more tailored fit, size down. If you like ease, layering, or a relaxed silhouette, size up. We recommend checking garment measurements for best accuracy. 

Do you provide a size chart and garment measurements?
Yes. Every product page includes detailed size charts and garment measurements so you can compare with pieces you already own.

How tall are the models and what size are they wearing?  Model height and size are listed on each product page.                                           

Can your garments be tailored?
Yes. Most pieces can be easily hemmed or adjusted by a local tailor.

FABRICS & CARE

What fabrics do you use?
We work primarily with high-quality natural fibers and thoughtfully sourced materials, including dead stock when available. 

Where are your fabrics sourced?
Our materials come from trusted suppliers in Europe and North America, selected for quality and durability.

How should I care for my clothing?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. In general, cold washing and air drying will help garments last longer.

Will the fabric shrink or stretch?
Natural fibers may relax or shift slightly over time. We pre-treat when possible and note any special behavior in the product description.

Is the fabric sheer or lined?
If a garment is sheer, lightweight, or unlined, we clearly note this in the description.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and internationally.

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within a few business days unless otherwise noted. Delivery time depends on location and shipping method.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express options may be available at checkout.

Do international orders pay duties or taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Are your garments ethically made?

Do you produce limited quantities?
Yes. Most styles are produced in small runs to reduce waste and maintain quality.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. If a restock is planned, you can sign up on the product page to be notified.

Why is your pricing higher than fast fashion?
Our pricing reflects quality materials, ethical manufacturing, small-batch production, and thoughtful design meant to last.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within the stated return window as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes, exchanges are available when inventory allows.

Are sale items final sale?
Yes, sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us with photos and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Call (929) 295-0040 or email us web@megshops.com

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Email us immediately. Once an order ships, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it.
Check with neighbors or your building first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available and never expire.
