At Meg, we take pride in making sure you get just the fit you need. You’re able to receive an alteration on any Meg purchase, past or present. To receive an alteration, visit your nearest Meg store or book an appointment below.

Do I need to book an appointment to get my garments altered?
We recommend booking an appointment online for in-store appointments, but we accept walk-ins as well.
Do all Meg stores offer alterations?
Yes, alteration services are available in all Meg stores in the U.S. and Canada.
What is the cost for custom alterations?
Cost varies depending on the complexity of alterations, garment construction, and the service requested. Please see the price list for the cost of our standard alterations. For details and to find out the estimated cost for other adjustments, call or visit a Meg store and speak with a stylist.
Can you alter or repair garments not purchased at Meg?
No, we do not alter or repair garments purchased at another retailer.
How long do alterations typically take?
Typical alterations have a turnaround time of about 7 days. We recommend speaking with a Meg stylist for an accurate estimate.
Can I get more than one item altered at a time?
Yes, please be sure to note that you’re bringing multiple garments when requesting your appointment online so we can prepare for your in-store appointment.
Can my altered garments be shipped to me?
Yes. You can ask your Meg stylist to ship garments upon the completion of your alterations. Please note the ‘promise date’ on the alterations ticket is not the day your garments will be arriving. If you need a garment by a specific date, please let the stylist know.
